Resepi: Cooking Red Fish Sambal Cocos

Ingredients:
3 pieces of red fish
Simple concentrated coconut milk 500ml
2 seed lemon lime - juice dairy
salt / flavorings choice
turmeric powder
oil


Revolved materials:
15 dried chilli seeds
5 onion seeds
3 garlic seeds
1.5cm belacan - resepi native tradition not only Bubuh but Amie Bubuh
1 handful of coriander seeds


How to:
1. Smear the fish with salt and turmeric. Half fry cook. Ketepikan.
2. Heat a little oil. Sauté all ingredients until ruptured oil revolved.
3. Enter the coconut milk.
4. Enter the fish and simmer until fish cook.
5. Add salt and flavorings.
6. Enter lime lime juice.
7. Cooking Red Fish Sambal Cocos ready to serve.
